More than 200 Burmese nationals were arrested at three Thai border crossings on the same day yesterday, according to the Kanchanaburi-based News Agency and the 3rd Naval Base in Ranong Province. 

 


Burmese nationals arrested by Thai border guards A total of 218 people were arrested in eight places in Kanchanaburi province at eight locations and 49 at the Mae Sot border checkpoint in Tak province, according to the Thai News Agency. 

 


Currently, the Thai authorities are taking action against the arrested Burmese nationals for crossing the border illegally.
