Yangon, January 17 

Karenni State Three people, including a seven-year-old girl, were killed in a bomb blast at a refugee camp in Phruso at 1am this morning. Phruso reports.

At around 1.10am on January 17, a military council bombed a refugee camp west of Phruso, killing three of them. 

The dead included people from Moso village, a man in his 50s, an 18-year-old woman and a 7-year-old girl.
